Today I am sharing close ups of my classroom. Get ready to be rockin'!! (hehehehe)
The first close up I am sharing is the outside of my classroom. This is what my students first see! The guitars have their names on them. After debating on what I should put at the top of my door I decided to go with Wolfelicious because my classroom is definitely Wolfelicious. :-)
After entering the classroom the students this is what the students see. To the right beside the flag is the door.
After looking at the computers, the students see their cubbies, our calendar, and our word wall.
More computers are next. Above the computers I printed off some of the poems I liked and hung them on the wall.
Then students see the Daily 5 posters and our App Store.
Right beside the Daily 5 posters is my Rock'in Improvers Wall.
Moving a little to the left our are classroom rules. I am using the WBT rules this year.
On the other side of the Smartboard and Easel I have my desk area. I would love to give up my desk, however I am not allowed because we don't have any storage for it.
At the front of my desk I have my guided reading area.
On the other side of my guided reading table I have our classroom library.
Close up of library. Books are label in their bins. The pillows the students will be able to take anywhere in the room to use.
On the other side of the library is our sink area. The students are not allowed to use this sink. I let them one year and they get water all over the counter and floor so we only use this sink to get drinks from. They use the sink in our classroom restroom for washing their hands.
That ends our little tour of my Wolfelicious classroom. I hope you were Rock'in!!
your room looks very cheerful:):) thanks for sharing with us:):)

AWESOME Blog & Classroom! Can you explain your "App Store"? Thanks for sharing! ☺
ReplyDeleteThank you!!! I have two iPads in my classroom. The "App Store" is who gets the iPad during our restroom break and what apps the students are allowed to play.
