And the winner is...How are your pencils?

I feel my class goes through so many pencils each day!  They are always complaining that they can't write because their pencil is dull.  Needless to say with all the writing we do, we need sharp pencils to write with.  I kept searching and searching for a pencil sharpener that would work and work well without disrupting the entire class.  Well, I am proud to tell you I have found one.

I decided to get the Cool Blue one.  

Once I received my pencil sharpener I was ready to give it a try.  When I first opened the box I was very surprised.  I didn't realize it wasn't electric.  I thought, why is everyone raving about this sharpener when you have to sharpen it?  Well, I decided to give it a try.  When I did I was AMAZED!  It was the quietest sharpener I have used.  It gets the points of the pencils to a perfect point.  I couldn't believe how sharp the pencils were.  I have never seen pencils with such a fine point on them.  I was able to sharpen my classroom pencils quickly and I was able to give directions to the students while I was sharpening and they could hear me.  Yes, I said the students were able to hear me!  I know, I can't believe it either. :)  If you haven't tried this sharpener, then you need to.  It is the best sharpener I have used.
